Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic serveuse/serveur to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience in our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Process payments using POS systems, handling cash and credit transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
• Familiarity with cashiering systems and POS technology is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
