Our consulting client is looking for a French / English UX Designer, with user testing experience, to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This will be a 10+ month contract, remote.

You must have security clearance, and you must be bilingual (enough to comprehend and test in French / English).

What you will do :

• Design and conduct UX / UI usability testing to evaluate and improve user experiences.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Utilize Fable for user testing, ensuring insights are leveraged to optimize designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
• Communicate findings and design improvements effectively to stakeholders.
• You will be working on a Government client project, and you will need to have security clearance.

Skills needed :

• 6+ years of experience in UX Design or UI Design or Product Design (or even as a UX Researcher).
• Security clearance, so perhaps Government experience is a bonus.
• Experience using usertesting.com.
• Experience using Fable (this is for Accessibility testing).
• A portfolio to showcase your case studies.
