Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer to design new features and improvements for the DiliTrust Governance Suite. Your role will involve working closely with Product Managers to identify user pain points, designing efficient user journeys, creating low-def and hi-def mockups, and prototyping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design new features and improvements for the DiliTrust Governance Suite, working closely with Product Managers.
• Identify and prioritize user pain points through user research, including preparing and conducting user interviews.
• Oversee the design of each solution on a quarterly basis, applying UX/UI best practices.
• Design solutions using a Design system and maintain and evolve it.
• Contribute to building and successfully developing DiliTrust's design system to standardize the user experience across our product suite.
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions.
• Conduct usability tests and customer interviews to assess the relevance of your solutions with our clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI in a SaaS company.
• Curiosity, empathy, and motivation to bring the best solutions to users.
• Ability to manage work time and establish priorities.
• Fluency in English.
• Bonus points for fluency in French and Italian.
