Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and experience working with Figma and React. You will play a critical role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create user-centered designs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Ensure the designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs using React, ensuring seamless integration and responsiveness.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain design systems and libraries for consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Familiarity with React and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other design tools or technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience in designing for accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
