Social Media Marketing Specialist (Freelance)

Inland Industrial Supply is a Canadian-owned company that distributes well-known industrial tools, equipment, and personal protective gear. We also offer services for equipment inspection, repairs, cleaning, recertification, assembly and rentals.

We are looking for a (Freelance) Social Media Marketing Specialist with a focus on LinkedIn to drive brand visibility and engagement for our B2B audience. Under the supervision of the Marketing Coordinator, this role involves creating and executing LinkedIn content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on platform trends to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B LinkedIn, strong communication skills, proficiency in analytics tools, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to align content with marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging and industry-relevant content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on LinkedIn.
• Analyze LinkedIn analytics and generate reports on content performance.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and implement best practices for B2B engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B company.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn analytics tools and social media management platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial supply or related industries is a plus.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or examples of successful LinkedIn campaigns.
