Job Summary
i am seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager for my new business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create compelling content across various social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the business owner to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility in search engines.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for keyword research.
- Proficiency in using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling through digital content.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on social media performance metrics.
- A passion for staying current with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
Job Type: Part-time
